CANCELATION POLICY

 

At Liquid Salon, we value your time and reserve the appropriate time needed for your scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, we require 24  hours notice.  This can be done after hours by leaving us a voice message or contacting us on our website via the "contact" option. "No-shows" or same day cancelations will be subject to a fee starting at $25.  The fee is based on the  technician as well as the amount of time we reserved for your appointment.  We understand emergencies do happen and allow for a first time warning in most instances.  

Large group bookings of 5 or more (bridal, corporate, special occasions, etc.) require a 50% deposit and require 7 days notice for cancelations.  In the event that we receive notice within this time frame, the deposit will be refunded or applied to the new bookings.  If the cancelation is after the allowed time frame the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. 

Specialty services such as extensions or Yuko Straigtening will require a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment.  72 hours notice is required for cancelations for a refund.  Cancelations after this time frame will result in your deposit being forfeited and will be non-refundable.

Tuesdays thru Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

            Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
